Shade and privacy is offered by the lovely tropical plants and foliage.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, large closets, a private full bathroom and TV and large window with garden view.
The guest room has twin beds, large closets and a small terrace with patio doors. The full bathroom is adjacent.
The kitchen is equipped with new appliances including gas and electric oven and stove top, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, microwave, blender, washer dryer etc.
There is one parking space for this condo located to the rear of the building, again with good security.
